Consent form concerning the treatment of personal data of individuals registering as participants/speakers in EUSPA User Consultation Platform and Downstream Day 2025 on https://www.euspa-ucp.eu/

According to the legislation on data protection, the treatment of your personal data in the frame of the “EUSPA User Consultation Platform” and “Downstream Day 2025” can happen subject to your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. The present form aims at collecting such consent in compliance with the applicable laws, taking into particular consideration your rights as data subject.

Complete information as to the processing operations and modalities thereof are contained in the respective privacy statement, which we invite you to review.

We draw your attention to the fact that in the absence of specific consent to the treatment of your personal data shared in relation to the registration to and participation in EUSPA User Consultation Platform and Downstream Day 2025, the said treatment will not be carried out.

To be featured in audio-visual recordings of the event as participant in the course of the event’s public live stream
